Expert Home Inspection
Buying a new home is not always a stress-free process. Our job is to give you piece of mind with possibly the largest purchase you will ever make. We use a two-prong macro and micro approach to each inspection; starting inside, moving to the attic, followed by outside, and then the roof. Attention to detail and knowledge is the key to our inspections. Each home inspection report is available within 24 h hours of the inspection or same day. Let us provide you confidence with your purchase.
New Construction/Phase Inspection
We all know it's a Sellers' market right and it is no different with New Home Construction. Builders are extremely busy and materials are in high demand, potentially impacting attention to detail. Contact us for a new home inspection. The sooner you involve us the better.
11 Month Warranty Inspection
Most newly constructed homes come with a 12-month warranty. Contact us on the 11th month to schedule this inspection so we can help you determine known and unknown problems before you pay for them out of pocket. You will be able to send the report straight to the builder which saves you time and frustration.
